- Free shipping with standard delivery time from a purchase of €60 for mainland Spain and €70 for the rest of Europe.
- ALPIGUISA INNOVACION SL cannot be held responsible for any consequences resulting from a delay in the delivery of the products.
- Delivery will be made to the address indicated by the customer. ALPIGUISA INNOVACION SL is not responsible for any errors made by the customer when providing their personal data.
- Any error in the delivery address or modification in the course of the shipment of the order will entail a series of costs to be borne by the customer.
- The share of the delivery costs will only be invoiced for a single shipment in the case of missing parts of the order.
Product conformity
1.Defective products
- ALPIGUISA INNOVACION SL undertakes to refund or exchange defective products or products that do not correspond to your order after examination and verification by our laboratory.

- The complaint must be made within 7 days of receipt of your order, provided that you notify us within 48 hours of receipt of the order by e-mail.

2.Damaged package

Reimbursement

- The products must reach us in their original condition and complete (packaging, labels, accessories...) and accompanied by their invoice.
